What did you want to be when you were little, a Police Officer, Teacher, Ballerina, Artist, Doctor, Lawyer, Firefighter? When Ashling was around 7, she watched the movie Father of the Bride, and that was it, she was SOLD. She wanted to coordinate remarkable events. With this passion for events, Ashling perused her career in Event Management through attending the Hospitality program at Endicott College. She learned everything she could from the front end to the back end for catering, hotels, restaurants, and everything in between. During college, Ashling was able to secure an internship with one of the most sought-after wedding planners in Dublin, Ireland. That experience immersed her in high-end events throughout Ireland and Europe. Having that experience helped her launch her career in the hotel industry. After working in different hotels around Europe, as well as the States, Ashling knew if she was going to own her own company she needed the experience of being on the "client" end of the industry as well. That led her to serve in the non-profit sector as an Event Manager. As they say, knowledge is power and Ashling wanted as much knowledge as she could get her hands on. After working in the non-profit sector for almost 7 years Ashling set off on her own. She was ready. She had the passion, dedication, and love for what she does to make her company become a success. Before devoting herself to her own business full-time, she worked, planned, and consulted on events for over 20 years. Successful entrepreneurs love the work they do, and that is evident when you watch Ashling in action, a bright smile across her face
